Who is responsible
The controller is Francisco Javier Curieses Sanz, an individual in Spain who runs ClaudIA 5GC as a personal project. Contact: contact@claudia5gc.dev.
What we process and why
- Server and hosting logs. When you load a page, our host, Vercel, receives your IP address and request details to serve the page and keep the service secure. Purpose: operating and securing the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Anonymous page statistics. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. To tell visits apart it derives a hash from the request and discards the session after 24 hours. The data recorded for each page view includes the page path, referrer, approximate location (for example country, region and city), and device and browser type. We use these aggregate figures only to see which pages are read. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding page use without tracking you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Email. If you write to contact@claudia5gc.dev, we process your address and the content of your message to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies. There are no advertising, tracking or third-party cookies, and no third-party trackers or embedded media. The following settings are stored in your browser only, are never sent to us, and exist to make the site work as you expect:

You can clear these in your browser at any time. The site keeps working without them.
Content you see on this site
The agent terminal and the hero replay are scripted. They do not send anything you see or type to a server.
How long we keep data
- Server and hosting logs: kept by Vercel for the period set in its documentation.
- Analytics sessions: discarded after 24 hours.
- Email: kept only as long as needed to answer you and resolve the matter, and deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange, unless a legal claim requires longer.
Who receives your data
Vercel hosts this site and provides analytics, acting as our processor under its data processing terms. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and, where it applies, receive a copy of it. Write to contact@claudia5gc.dev. We answer within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
We do not make decisions about you by automated means.

If this policy changes, we update the date above.
